William Kirk

William V. "Billy' Kirk, 61, of Grove, Oklahoma died Friday, July 25, 2008 in Grove. He was born September 25, 1946 in Durant, Oklahoma to Lavern Ray and Sarah Jane (Crumley) Kirk. Billy married Marthella Crain in Denison, Texas in 1965. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was a laborer at Simmons Poultry Company until this year. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his son, Brian "Bee" Kirk; two daughters, Melissa (Mark) Kirk, and Lori (Michael) Lindsey; two sisters, Janie (Frank) McCallie and Linda (Travis) Taylor; grandchildren, David and Houston Kirk, Lynsy and Matthew McMenamy, Jayme Watson, Stephanie Myatt and Shane Lindsey; and a special friend, Opal Crain. Graveside services for William V. "Billy" Kirk will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Olympus Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma. Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home of Grove, Oklahoma is in charge of arrangements.
