Wiley Butler

Wiley William Butler, 66-year-old Collinsville resident, passed away March 11, 2008 at his home. Wiley William Butler was born March 8, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Buster and Ida Butler. He attended schools in Tulsa and later began working as a welder. Mr. Butler loved horses and country western dancing. He also loved fishing and visiting with friends and family. On October 8, 1980, he married Joyce Tatum in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include his mother, Ida Butler; one daughter, Tina and her husband Judd Brott of Nowata; three sisters; two brothers; two grandchildren, Jerad Woods of Collinsville and Skyler Brott of Nowata; and one great-grandchild, Logan. Mr. Butler was preceded in death by his father, Buster and by one brother, Donald. The family would also like to extend their appreciation to the St. John's Hospice for the compassion and care they provided to Mr. Butler during his time of need.
