Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita - 918-256-5555 Dr. Wayne Henry Waggoner, 58, of Vinita, passed away Saturday, February 22nd, 2014. He was born December 10, 1955 to Oliver and Flora "Jean" (Lynch) Waggoner. He was a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and practiced in Vinita for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Oliver "Aines" Waggoner. He is survived by children Clint Waggoner and wife Jessi of Vinta, OK, Lindsey Conway and husband Danny of Webb City, MO, grandchildren John Lingelbach, Haylee Conway, and Reagan Conway, brother Clint Waggoner and wife Liz of Black Forrest,CO, and sister Barbara Whitworth of Fairfax, VA.
