Wayne Taylor

Wayne Leslie Taylor, 83, of Bluejacket, passed away Friday, Nov. 10, 2006 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita with his family at his bedside. Born on October 15, 1923 in Timberhill, OK to William Leslie and Anna Laura (Coats) Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a graduate of Bluejacket High School and was a Seaman 1st Class in the U.S. Navy, serving from July 1943 until Christmas of 1945. He retired as a tire builder after 38 years of service from B.F. Goodrich, member of VFW Post 8542 and Bluejacket Senior Citizens and Four Square Church of God. Wayne and Geraldine Beehler were married Sept. 8, 1942 in the Bluejacket area. He was preceded in death by his parents; William Leslie and Anna Laura Taylor, his In-Laws-Earl and Tiny Beehler, Brothers and Sisters; Elwyn Taylor, Agnes Williams, Ross Taylor, Lena Henry and Alene Burris. Survived by his Wife-Geraldine, their children; Waydene and Jess Moore, Jerry and Aliene Taylor, Darrell and Anita Taylor. Sister-Ardelle Clarkson. Grandchildren; Sherry and Brad Hall, Ronda Brookshire, Lisa and Mark Evans, Lori and Jimmy Monroe, Justin and Brenda Taylor, Jerry and Leslie Taylor, Shon and Joy Taylor. Great Grandchildren; Matthew Hall, Jessica Hall, Kelsey Brookshire, Dakota Evans, Coleton Evans, Taylor Monroe, Chase Monroe, Luke Taylor, Truitt Taylor, Ty Taylor, Payton Taylor, Tanner Taylor, Kyla Taylor, and Hayden Taylor. 1 Great Great Grandchild-Brennan Longacre. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m, Monday, Nov. 12, 2006 at Luginbuel Funeral Home Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2006 at the Bluejacket Gym with Brother Ivan Eck and Brother Danny Adams officiating. Casket Bearers will be; Justin Taylor, Shon Taylor, Jerry Taylor, Matt Hall, Dakota Evans Coleton Evans and Chase Monroe. Honorary Casket Bearers will be; Ward Sumner, John Brock, Harold Horton, Ed Hollandsworth, Blondie Buxton and Terry Horton. Burial will follow in the Bluejacket Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
