Shirley Whitchurch

Shirley Jean Whitchurch 71, of Bartlesville formally of Nowata died at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 04, 2008. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday in the Living Word Church in Nowata. Final committal rites will be accorded Mrs. Whitchurch in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Nowata. The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7th in the Benjamin Funeral Home. Shirley was born on December 14, 1936 in Nowata to Charles and Dixie Ryan. She was a life time resident of Nowata attending the Living Word Church actively. Shirley is survived 2 daughters Tonia Mosley and her husband Tony of Bartlesville, Lisa Shellenberg and her husband Steve of Padre Island, and one son Kelly Whitchurch and his wife Sally of Newport, 3 sisters Dorothy Meade and her husband Muriel of San Diego, CA., Betty Hicks and her husband Paul of Nowata, OK., Dee Armstrong and her husband Bob of Nowata, OK., 2 brothers Glen Ryan of Mannford, and Richard Ryan of Sand Springs, OK., 5 grandchildren Brooke Shellenberg, Brett Shellenberg, Robert Charles Whitchurch, Alicia Whitchurch, and Whitney Mosley, and one great grandchild Lexi Conlan. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Dixie (Sorrels) Ryan, Brother Bud Ryan and Sister Charlene LaBarr.
