Sheilah is survived by her siblings: Debbie England (Quannah) of Wichita, Kansas, Sonya Dick (Rodney) of Jay, Oklahoma, Sandi Yocham (Barry) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Brad (Tonya) On-The-Hill of Fairland, Oklahoma, and Tina (Bill) Wadlow of Pryor, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind her cherished grandson, Silas Boggs, along with numerous nieces and nephews who adored her.
Sheilah was preceded in death by her parents, John Lee On-The-Hill and Emma (Wells) Rogers, as well as her devoted husband, Steve Boggs, who passed away in 2018.
