Ronald Gladieux

Ronald Lee Gladieux, 56 year old Big Cabin resident died Thursday November 24, 2011 at Craig General Hospital in Vinita. He was born October 30, 1955 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana the son of Ivan Joseph Gladieux and Phyllis Ann ( Bachman) Gladieux He was raised and received his education in Ft. Wayne where he lived for most of his life. He was a longtime employee and over the road truck driver with North American Van Lines. He currently was employed with Walmart so he could spend more time with his grandchildren. He was a proud papa of those beauties and spoiled them rotten every chance he got. He loved old cars, his truck collection, fishing and playing the guitar. He loved his family and was a gentle and beautiful soul that played a vital part in who they are now. Ron was the love of Lisa's life and will be missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Lisa Gladieux of the Big Cabin, OK, three children ReAnna & Mike White, Mack Martin 2nd.and Sasha Martin, three grand children, Ava Hembree, Josselyn Hembree and Luke White, five siblings and spouses, Jeanne & Thomas Johnson, Barbara Schuller, Mary & James Hinsenkamp, Richard and Shirley Gladieux, Gloria Gladieux and spouse Douglas Hill, one aunt, Reina Gladieux, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Judith K. Koester. The family will have a visitation on Sunday December 4, 2011 at Luginbuel Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Memorial services will be Monday December 5, 2011 at the Big Cabin First Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Larry Jackson officiating. A Funeral Mass will be Saturday December 10, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ft. Wayne Indiana at 10:00 a.m. with visitation in the vestibule 30 minutes prior to the service.
