Rebecca Cook

Rebecca Lynn Cook, 57 year old Vinita resident lost her battle with cancer on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the St. Francis Hospital Tulsa. She was born February 2, 1955 in Bakersfield, California to Joyce (Coleman) and Raymond Dale Goss. Rebecca loved God, she read her bible daily and was a peace with her fate. Rebecca main concern was her family, above herself, she loved them dearly. Rebecca leaves behind: her mother Joyce Cheek and husband Harold of Oklahoma City, husband Carl D. Cook of Vinita, daughter Brandi Niggemann and husband Joe, son Travis Thompson and wife Amanda, daughter Lacy Cook; grandchildren, Joshua Thompson, Taylor Zahm, Jacob Niggemann, Gage Garrett and Brenyn Thompson, Alex and Kailynn Cook; sister Sherry Cornwell and husband Duan, brother Randall Goss and wife Jennifer; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents, and son Jason Cook. The graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery with Corbett Taylor officiating. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
