Porter Graves

Porter J. Graves, 69, a resident of Jay, OK passed away at Integris Grove General Hospital on Sunday, March 9, 2008. Porter was born on January 5, 1939 in Clifty, Arkansas to Floyd B. and Lula Elen Graves. Mr. Graves worked for thirty-eight years as a self-employed truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and camping and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his son Don Graves of Fayetteville, AR, his daughter Sharon Graves of Huntington Beach, CA and a son William Graves of Zena, OK. Two brothers Ardith Graves and Laverne Graves and three sisters Fern Martin, Mary Settle, Carolyn Fair. There was visitation from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, OK. The family had a private family graveside.
