Monieca Mcghee

Monieca "Moni" Dawn McGhee, passed away at the Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the age of 43. Moni was born February 4, 1970 in Gravette, AR, the daughter of Dink West and June Williams. Moni attended elementary school in Grove before moving to Jay where she graduated high school in 1988. She then attended the University of Arkansas for a few semesters before moving to Tennessee. After living in Tennessee for a couple of years, Moni moved back to the Grove area where she worked various jobs. Moni married Jim McGhee on February 9, 1996 in Florida. She enjoyed boating, watching sports, NASCAR, and singing Karaoke but most of all she loved to be around her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Jim McGhee of Grove, OK; Jim's son Jack McGhee of Grove, OK; father Dink and Lisa West of Grove, OK; mother June Williams and her companion Bill Hicks of Jay, OK; children: Gregory Addington of Jay, OK; and Kristen Fitzgerald of Columbia, TN; brother Pete West, his wife Jill and their two children of Siloam Springs, AR; two grandchildren: Lane and Kadence Addingtion; and a host of other relatives and friends. The memorial service will be held at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 11AM with Pastor Tony Nichols, presiding.
