Minta "Sue" Allen

Minta “Sue” (Barnes) Allen, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at the age of 75.  Sue was born in Pryor, OK on August 20, 1944 to Vernon and Jane (DeLozier) Barnes.  She graduated from Vinita High School. On March 15, 1968, she married Paul Allen, of Ketchum, OK to whom she was happily married for 52 years. Sue worked in the home, providing child care services for various families throughout the years.

Sue is survived by her husband, Paul; daughter, Paula Bennett (Robert); three grandsons, Cameron, Drew, and Bryce.

Viewing is scheduled at Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, OK on April 29 8:00 am – 5:00pm.  Groups of 10 at a time will be permitted.  An intimate funeral service for the immediate family will be held on Thursday, April 30 at 10:00 am at the Ketchum First Southern Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Ketchum Cemetery.
