Margaret Madison Margaret Christine Madison died Tuesday July 4, 2006 at the Integris Grove General Hospital. She was 86. Margaret was born December 8, 1919 the only child to August H. and Anna (Fresener) Kohlscheen at the farm home east of Hancock, Iowa. She graduated from Walnut High School and attended a Business College. Margaret worked in the Light and Power office in Avoca before her marriage to Charles Madison on May 11, 1941 in Omaha, Ne. When Charles was discharged from the Army they lived in Maryville, Mo., managing a Lumber Yard. Then moving to Wichita, Ks., working for National Gypsen Co. for 4 ½ years, and later owning a Lumber Yard for 24 years. They moved to Grove, Ok. in 1977 from Wichita. She enjoyed golf, gardening and especially crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Madison. Survivors include one son: Mart Madison and wife Denise. One daughter: Marcia Austin. Four granddaughters: Angela Marie Girtz and husband Jonathan, Teresa Lynne Lille and husband Tom, Stacy Jean Smith, and Kimberly Ann Ryan and husband Thomas. Six grandchildren: Emma Lee Girtz, Sophie Margaret Girtz, Seth Theodore Lille, Chloe Diane Lille, Erick Ryan, and Brenda Michael Ryan. Two special people in Margaret's life were Diane Madison, and Ed Streight. Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday July 8, 2006 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Ok. Dr. Richard Dayringer to officiate. Interment will follow at the Olympus Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
