Lowell Brown

Lowell Dee Brown, 72, passed away on September 28, 2016 at his home in Grove, Oklahoma. Lowell was born on December 3, 1943 in Amarillo, Texas to Arlie and Icey Irene (Ellis) Brown. He graduated from Tulsa McLain High School prior to attending college at NEO in Miami, OK. He was in the Army Reserves for twelve years. Lowell retired as a salesman for Larry Black's Sporting Goods in Enid, Oklahoma. During his retirement he served as a volunteer fireman in Bella Vista, AR. Lowell was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Donna, of the home; three children, Tammy Brown, Tulsa, OK, Kristy Allen, Portland, OR and Bryan Brown, Enid, OK; four grandchildren, Tyson and wife, Savanah Brown, Glencoe, OK, Sean Allen, Portland, OR, Bryce Brown, Enid, OK, Blake and wife, Ciara Brown, Enid, OK; two great grandchildren, Evelynn and Carson. He is also survived by his sister, Zana Brown, Enid, OK; niece, Nancy Brown, Enid, OK as well as his stepmother, Thelma Brown, Kansas, OK. Memorial Services for Lowell will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. Pastor Rod Harris will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
