Louise Price

Louise Geraldine "JERRE" Price, 75, of Adair, passed away Monday, Jan. 22, 2007 in Big Cabin, OK. Born on October 14, 1931 in Big Cabin to Gerald and Leeta (Trout) Hanan. She Married Teddy Price on Feb. 12, 1951 in Vinita. Graduated Big Cabin High School in 1948, she then graduated from NEO in 1950 with an associates degree. She was Member of Big Cabin Christian Church, member of OK Grange, Big Cabin Country Club, member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine in Tulsa and Valdez, Alaska. She had lived in Amarillo for 16 years moving back to the area in 1968. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and caregiver. She was a wonderful cook. She and her husband lived in Valdez, AK for eight years while he worked on the Alyeska Pipeline and she was a cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, father and 1 Grandson-Joshua. Survived by 2 Sons; Michael D. Price of Big Cabin and Ted A.(Tony) Price of Paradise, TX 1 Sister; Peggy Kilpatrick of Big Cabin, 4 Grandchildren. Several Nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007 at the Big Cabin Baptist Church with Pastor Max Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Martin Cemetery near Centralia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Heartland Division, 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO 64105
