Loma Lee Armistice (Saunders) Inman, ninety eight year old Vinita resident passed away Thursday, November 05, 2020 at her home with family at her side. She was born November 11, 1921 in Miles, Oklahoma to Charles and Leda (Price) Saunders. She attended Miles Grade School and graduated from Centralia High School. Loma married Elmer “Dub” Inman in Bluejacket, Oklahoma on December 23, 1939. She was a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Vinita, Oklahoma. She volunteered at the Claremore Veterans Hospital and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed ranching, traveling, and mostly spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Elmer “Dub” Inman, six brothers, Delmar, Clarence, Roy, Ern, Ed and Gene Saunders, three sisters Ardath Armstrong, Marguerite Flanders, and Lotus Bauman.
Survivors include daughter, Beverly Sharp and husband Jim of Vinita; grandson, James E. Sharp and wife Ally of Stillwater, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Jeana (Sharp) LeCam and husband Ethan of Albuquerque, New Mexico; great-grandchildren, Valerie Sharp and Colton LeCam; sister-in-law’s, Emma Jean Saunders of Salina, Oklahoma and Dorothy Saunders of Kansas City, Missouri.
A family visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Graveside funeral services will be at Fairview Cemetery on Friday November 20, 2020 at 2:00 pm with father M.E. Cashen officiating.
The family is asking that if you are planning to attend the visitation or graveside service to please wear a mask.
