Lola Inez Parker Obit Lola Parker age 90 of Grove, OK, died Saturday February 27, 2010, at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, OK. The daughter of Harry and Edith Millard Smith, she was born on September 22, 1919 in Meade, KS. Lola married Alva Parker on November 1, 1935 in Vinita, OK. He preceded her in death on November 27, 1982. Lola had worked as a cook in many restaurants and nursing homes to include Price's buffet, Ditmores, Jewels, Duncan's Hidaway, Dr Henry's Hospital, and Grand Lake Manor. She was a member of the Christian Church. Surviving are 3 children Leon Parker, Peggy Gillett, and Bonnie Englert, 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and a host of Great great grandchildren Preceding in death were her parents, husband, and two children Robert Parker, and Connie Roberts The funeral will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home. The interment will be in the Hickory Grove, Cemetery. The services are under the directions of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, OK
