Linda Walker

Langley, OK - Linda Zoe Walker, 55, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Linda was born March 26, 1952 at Pasadena, California to Elwaine Lewis Walker and Rose Ruth (Walker) Walker. She moved from California to Texas at an early age and lived in various locations, as her family followed her father's work with the phone company. Linda moved from California to the Langley area 19 years ago. She attained a Structural Engineering Degree from Texas Tech University and had worked for King Louie American Clothing Factory. Linda was a member of the Amazing Grace Chapel in Langley and was an "angel". She was the granddaughter of Mamie and Jesse Walker. Survivors are a daughter, Elaine Palomar of the home and one sister, Sandy Walker-Lane of Lakin, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held all day Thursday, April 26, 2007 at the family home with an observed silence at 4:20 p.m. Arrangements and cremation are by Luginbuel Funeral Home of Langley, Oklahoma.
