Leon Arnall

Leon Arnall, passed away at his home in Grove, OK, on Monday, February 18, 2013 at the age of 69. Leon was born February 28, 1943 in Tulsa, OK, the son of the late Richard Clyde Arnall and Marion (McAlester) Arnall. Leon graduated in 1961 from Grove High School. After school he worked with his father in the plumbing business in the Tulsa area. On June 3, 1966 Leon married Connie Caudill in Grove, OK. After they were wed, the couple traveled to various places while Leon worked on a pipeline. In 1970 Leon started Arnall plumbing which he owned and operated until his death. Leon served on the Grove Fire Department for 25 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge since the lodge was founded in Grove. Leon enjoyed golf, shooting pool, cooking at the Moose but most of all he loved to be with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Phillip Arnall; and one sister Phyllis Blevins. He is survived by his wife Connie of the home; three daughters: Dana Reed and her husband Travis of Temple, TX, Stephanie Wadley of Grove, OK, and Heather Waites and her husband Troy of Grove, OK; four grandchildren: Trevor Reed, Brodie Reed, Megan Wadley, and Braden Wadley; one great grandson Denzell Eberson; three brothers: Bob Arnall and his wife Nadalene of Grove, OK, Richard Arnall and his wife Ronna of Miami, OK, and Terry Arnall and his wife Elizabeth of Grove, OK; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at the Independent Baptist Church on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 2PM with Pastor Marty Hughes, presiding. The burial will follow at the Olympus Cemetery in Grove, OK. The family will greet friends from 7PM to 9PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, OK on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, OK. Friends and family may leave notes of encouragement by viewing Leon's Book of Memories at www.honoringmemories.com. Casket bearers will be Firefighter Honor Guard.
