Funeral services for Kenneth Darrell Robinson are 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel with Van Longbons officiating. Kenneth Darrell Robinson passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Hays House in Nowata. He was born January 18, 1943 in Ponca City to Leila (Gibson) and Neel Robinson. He came to live at the Hays House on February 9, 1971 from Osage Nursing Home. He attended Hillside Christian Church and loved being a part of the church. He was a very caring person that enjoyed time he could spend with his friends at the Hays House. He was a Nowata Ironman and Oklahoma Sooner fan. Kenneth had several sayings, but his favorite was "they ain't slick". Kenneth will be missed by all who knew him. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Neel and Leila Robinson; two brothers, Neel Robinson, George Robinson; a sister Anne Robinson. He is survived by a brother, Henry Robinson of Nowata; six cousins, Ralph Hawkins of Arkansas, Norma Wood of Fairfax, Anna Baba of Wellington, Kansas, Randy Anderson of Stillwater, Charles Sager of Tulsa, and Doris Jean West of California.
