June Wilson

June Lavern Estes-Wilson, a sixty-nine year old Grove resident passed away at her home on Sunday, July 20, 2008. She was born on January 29, 1939 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Howard and Opal (Wilson) Estes. She worked as a secretary for public school systems in Texas before she moved to Oklahoma. June is preceded in death by her parents Howard and Opal Estes, a grandson Virgil Len Landrum Survivors include her husband Paul L. Wilson of the home, a daughter Shirley and Paul Bridges of Grove, three sons Lance and Pat Wilson of Fairland, Darrell and Vicki Wilson of Dumas, TX, Paul L. Wilson Jr. of Elk City, OK, two brothers Gene and Kay Estes of Seminole, OK, Dean and Liz Estes of Seminole, OK. Thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren also survive. Graveside services for Mrs. Wilson will be at the Hickory Grove Cemetery, Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Jim Waller officiating. Interment is under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home of Grove, OK. Casketbearers will be Michael Landrum, Shannon Landrum, Sean Bridges, Eric Bridges, Jason Carter and Brandon Wilson. Friends and family may send online condolences at www.honoringmemories.com.
