Joanna Marie "Noonie" Tagg Noonie left this earthly home on February 12, 2011 to begin her life eternally in Heaven. Nooonie was born on January 2, 1951 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Sam and Nora (Smith) Sapp. She lived her entire life at Tagg Flats in Kenwood, Oklahoma. She was a lifetime member of Steely Baptist Church, and loved to sing her favorite song "At The Cross," in Cherokee. Noonie always had a smile on her face and always greeted everyone with a handshake. When she was younger she loved to play basketball with the kids, and feed her pet "Midnite". Noonie is survived by 8 sisters, Barbara Jumper, Brenda Bird, Maudie Foreman, Rachael King, Kelly Martinez, Lois Ratledge, Mary Tagg and Marlene Jones, 2 brothers, Bob Blackbear, and Jimmy Tagg. Noonie was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister Joan Lyman, also sisters Synora Sapp and Elizabeth Tagg, and a brother, Marvin Tagg. Noonie will be missed greatly, many will take comfort in knowing that one day we will all be reunited in Heaven. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Steeley Baptist Church in Salina, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held Tuesday evening February 15, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma.
