Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK....918-786-2261....JoAnn Bird, age 67 of Eucha, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. JoAnn was born on February 19, 1947 in Bull Hollow, Oklahoma to Walter Lyman and Annie (Budder) Lyman. She was one of seven children. She attended Fairview School in Eucha, OK and Kansas High School. She worked for Cherokee Nation Home Health as a home provider for 19 years. She retired in 2004. JoAnn enjoyed taking little road trips, yard selling and shopping at different flea markets. She lived out the remainder of her time with family and friends. JoAnn was preceded in death by parents; grandparents: Aggie Budder, Molly Lyman, Kanuk Budder and Jackson Lyman; four brothers: Bob Lyman, Bill Lyman, Floyde Lyman, and John Lyman; one sister ImaLou Proctor; son Ricky Hogshooter; daughter Crystal Bird; grandson Judd; and husband Johnny Bird. JoAnn is survived by her one son Gary Bearpaw of Grove, OK; five grandchildren: Jordan Proctor and husband Jarrod of Eucha, OK, Brentton Bearpaw of Grove, OK, Marcus Bearpaw of Grove, OK, Cari Bearpaw of Grove, OK, Jake Smoke of Bull Hollow, OK; three great grandchildren: Derryk Kingfisher of Kansas, OK, Isaac Proctor of Eucha, OK, and Jaylen Harp of Grove, OK; and numerous other relatives and friends. Graveside services for JoAnn will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Steeley Cemetery in Kenwood, OK. A visitation will start at 4PM on Friday, November 21, 2014 and will go through to Sunday evening, November 23, 2014 at the family's home.
