Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK, 918-253-3222. Jerry Dan McElhaney, age 80, passed away on November 23, 2015 at his residence in Jay, Oklahoma. Jerry was born on August 12, 1935 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was the son of Jerry Kenneth and Gladys (Taylor) McElhaney. Jerry proudly served in the United Sates Air Force. Jerry was a retired electrician for McDonald Douglas. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed shooting skeet. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Joan (Matthews) McElhaney of the home, son Jerry Kenneth McElhaney of Jay, Oklahoma, one sister Shirley Tucker of Tulsa, Oklahoma and his uncle Jack Taylor of Tulsa, Oklahoma Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 27, 2015 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay.
