Colcord, OK - Hider Johnson Foreman, 50, died Thursday, May 4, 2006 at St. John's Regional Medical Center, Joplin, Missouri. Hider was born October 11, 1955 in Delaware County, Oklahoma to Wicklie Foreman and Sadie (Davis) Foreman. He grew up in Delaware County and attended Jay Public Schools. Hider later would finish his schooling in the Colcord Public Schools. He married Maudie A. Sapp on February 14, 1985 at Steely Baptist Church. Hider was employed by Tyson Foods as a live hauler. He was a life long member of the Jay/Colcord area and a member of Clouds Creek Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, Maudie, of the home; three daughters, Cheyenne Foreman of the home and Johnann and Alexia Lyman of Eucha, Oklahoma; three brothers, Bud and Norm Foreman of Colcord and Tommy Foreman of Jay; and three sisters, Corene Stover of Colcord, Mary Duncan of Stillwell, Oklahoma and Pat Black of Jay. He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, Archie and Turner Foreman. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at Clouds Creek Baptist Church, south of Jay, with the Reverends Fox Blackfox and Stanley Grass officiating. Interment will be in Clouds Creek Cemetery under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay. A wake service will be held Monday, May 8, 2006 beginning at 5 p.m. in the Clouds Creek Baptist Church.
