Glenn Mcfadden

Glenn Ross McFadden 73 year- old Grove resident, died Saturday, December 23, 2006 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born March 18, 1933 in Pomona, Kansas to Ivan and Ione (Yount) McFadden. Glenn graduated from Ottawa High School in Ottawa, Kansas in 1951, after graduation he served in the U. S. Army until 1961. He married Janice Yost on July 19, 1959 in Ottawa, Kansas. Glenn worked for the Ottawa Truck Company as a machinist for many years. Glen and Janice have lived in the Grove area for the last 20 years, where he attended Cornerstone Church. He had also been a member of the International Order of Odd Fellows in Ottawa, Kansas. The family includes: his wife Janice of the home, two children Kenneth McFadden and Kay Whitcomb both of Grove; one brother Gail McFadden of Springhill, Kansas; five grandchildren, Melinda McFadden, Rebekah Montague, Kendra McFadden, Nathan McFadden and Merle Montague. Preceding him in death were his parents, a brother, Harlan McFadden, a sister, Eloise Mathias and a granddaughter Ashley Dawn McFadden. The family will hold a private memorial service.
