George Boltinghouse

January 30, 1933 — April 29, 2013

George Boultinghouse was born on January 30, 1933 in Nowata, Oklahoma. He was the son of Oscar Everett Boultinghouse and Ollie Josephine (Beaver) Boultinghouse. He was raised in the Nowata area where he graduated from Nowata High School in 1952. In the early ‘70s he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, before returning to Bartlesville. George was married to Jean Drumheller on September 5, 1998 at Prairie Song, Dewey, Oklahoma. They have made their home in Bartlesville since that time. He was employed with Oakley Pontiac in Bartlesville for 30+ years. He then had his own car sales business for 10 years. George was a member of Memorial Christian Church, Bartlesville. Other memberships included the Masonic Lodge #284 AF&AM and the Oldies & Goodies Car Club. He was interested in anything having to do with cars, tractors and planes. He loved to buy and sell. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Jean of the home; two children, Mike Boultinghouse and his wife, Lorenda, of Nowata, and Karen Lambert and her husband, Gary, of Vilonia, Arkansas; step-children, Bill Lawrence and his wife, Leslye, of Dewey, Clinton Key and his wife, Tracy, of Reston, Virginia, Justin Key of Bartlesville, David Drumheller and his wife, Amy, of Tulsa, and Michael Drumheller of Claremore, Oklahoma; grandchildren, K. C. Boultinghouse, Caitlyn Boultinghouse, Nathan Lambert and Krisa Bell; step-grandchildren, Brian Lawrence, Aaron Lawrence, Rebekah French, Matthew Drumheller, Justin Edwards, Tristan Walker and Justin Drumheller; great-grandchildren, Clint Slicer, Jordan Raider Bell; step-great-grandchildren, Noah Drumheller, Cole Drumheller, Rian French and Will Lawrence; sister, JoAnn Dyer of Mexico; brother, Harold Boultinghouse of Bartlesville; nieces, Carol Boultinghouse, Mary Jane Brown; nephew, Rob Boulton; and many close friends.
