Gary Meyers

Gary Lee Meyers, 60 year old, Jay, Oklahoma resident passed away, June 29, 2013 following a sudden illness. Gary was born on June 8, 1953 in Miami, Oklahoma to Walter Jesse Meyer and Maudie R. Meyers. After high school, Gary attended Northeast Vo-tech. He was an avid fishermen who also loved to hunt. Gary enjoyed music and was a fan of Eric Clapton, Bob Sager and the Beatles. He also enjoyed cars, especially hot rods. Above all Gary loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death by his father. Gary is survived by his mother, Maudie Meyers of Jay, Oklahoma, daughters, Heather and husband Kevin of Afton, Oklahoma, and Dorothy Meyers of Grove, Oklahoma, a brother William and wife Louise of Jay, Oklahoma and six grandchildren.
