Delbert Bishop Flanders, 73, of Vinita, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006 in Tulsa. Born on Aug. 19, 1933 in Centralia, OK to Delbert and Clara(Costley) Flanders. Delbert grew up in the Centralia area. He served in the US Army from May 1953 until May 1955. After the military, Delbert moved to California where he was a House Builder, after he retired, he moved back to Vinita in 1995. Delbert was married to Lilian Losbanez on Feb. 28, 2000 in Miami, OK. He is survived by his wife-Lilian 2 Children-Glenn Flanders of Albuquerque, NM Roger Flanders of Boston, NY Brother-George Flanders of Victorville, CA 4 Grandchildren; Kate, Kelsey, Jack and Jacob Flanders Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2006 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel
