Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555....... Charles "Vince" Cook, 67 year old Vinita resident, died Monday, February 16, 2015. Vince was born in Vinita on April 8, 1947 to Charles and Ellen (Dail) Cook. On September 20, 1966 he was united in marriage to Barbara Woolman and together they raised four children. Vince enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing, and watching old westerns. Survivors include his loving wife Barbara Cook, children: Robbie Cook of Vinita, Reth Marie Burkes and husband JR of Vinita, Cody Cook of Catoosa, and Chelsea Cook of Vinita, siblings: Betty Moore of Vinita, Lee Walker of Vinita, and Carl Cook and wife Teri of Claremore, two grandchildren: Laura Dumensil and husband Jeremy, and Destany Herman, and one great granddaughter Isabell Dumensil. Vince is preceded in death by his parents, sister Pauline King, brother Dale Cook, two nephews, and one great nephew. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 20, 2015 at Pheasant Hill Cemetery with Rev.
