Cassonia Spowart

Cassonia Louise Coats Seale Spowart, of Spavinaw, OK passed away Tuesday April 21, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born December 29, 1917 to Agusta Walker Coats and Charles J. Coats. She attended school in Texas and graduated from Strang High School, Strang, OK. Louise enjoyed music, painting, and especially playing bridge. She was united in marriage to Arthur Seale May 4th 1937. They had one son Gene Arthur Seale whom she loved dearly. Louise was a member of the Spavinaw United Methodist Church. She had two brothers Everette and Hadley Coats and a sister Geneva Thompson who preceded her in death. Survivors include her son Gene of Spavinaw and one sister Shirley Haskins of Atlanta, GA, four grand children and five great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 25, 2009 at Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery.
