Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, Oklahoma 918-256-5555.........Billy Earl Dixon, Jr., 65-year-old lifetime Craig County resident, passed away June 30, 2018. Billy was born to Billy Earl Sr. and Betty Arlene Dixon in Vinita, Oklahoma, on December 22, 1952. Billy served in Korea for 13 months. He worked for GRDA in the coal burning plant in Chouteau until his retirement. Billy enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved to sing and play his guitar. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Billy is survived by his wife, Pam Dixon; daughter, Meadow Dixon of Vinita, son Derek Dixon of Colorado; Brother Terry and wife Debbie Dixon of Vinita, sister Teresa and husband Gary Eskew of Ketchum; four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; a niece, Jennifer Walton; infant nephew, Collen Walton; and a brother-in-law Jonny Walton. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be at 11:00 am Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Big Cabin Cemetery with Justin Turner officiating. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
