Betty Moore

Betty Jean (Teague) Moore, 83 year old resident of Disney, died Sunday July 7,2013 at Rosewood Terrace Nursing Center in Vinita. She was born on April 21, 1930 in Bolivar, Missouri to Herschel and Beulah (Bagley) Teague. Betty graduated from Billings, Missouri High School. She married John William Moore on December 31, 1946, He preceded her in death on November 2, 1993. They lived in Tulsa for many years, before moving to Disney. Betty was a member of the Disney Assembly of God Church. The family includes her son, Tracy Moore of Disney; five grandchildren, Mary Morrow, Greg Moore, Jay Moore, Jennifer Theis and Joshua Moore; also great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, two sons, Randy and John Moore, Jr. The memorial service will be held Friday, July 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Disney Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Daryl Lee officiating.
