Betty Mae Bibby, 87, of Delaware, passed away at her home Monday, March 30, 2015. She was born March 20, 1928 to Enon Wood Deuel and Carl Deuel Sr. Betty graduated from Smackover High School, in Smackover, Arkansas. She married Houston Bibby on August 17, 1946. They made their home in the Childers area where she and Houston farmed after Houston's Retirement from the Post Office in California. Betty loved the farm and animals. She had a name for all the cows and calves. She joined Living Word Family Worship in 1994 and was very active in the church. She loved greeting people as they came in the church and helped with the food bank. The Easter activities with the Sunflower Ladies Group for the children brought her much happiness. She loved the holidays and playing the old Christmas songs on the vinyl albums was a fun time for her. She was an excellent pie maker and everyone loved her pies. Above all she loved her family. Her husband, children, grandchildren, and other family members held a special place in her heart. She will be missed by all who knew her. Betty is survived by her husband Houston Bibby of the home; three children, Sharon Wilson of Childers, Rick Bibby of Idaho, Kathy Cole and her husband Jim of Nowata; seven grandchildren, Bryan Blom and his wife Jami of Nowata, Stacey Inman of Nowata, Ryan Wilson of Childers, Lary Kopp and his wife Christy of Owasso, Summer Kopp of Bartlesville, Lea Rae Bibby of Idaho, Ryki Jo Bowens and her husband Kevin of Idaho, a son-in-law, Melvin Wilson of Chelsea; a sister-in-law Esther Taylor of California and her daughter Donna Renay Story, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Carl Deuel Sr, Enon Lemon, step-dad, Glen Lemon, and a brother Carl Deuel.
